I’m a Lead Product Designer focused on building AI-enabled workflows that balance automation with human control. Most recently, I designed Lazychat, an AI customer support workspace for high-volume social commerce, where agents need speed without losing trust, context, or governance.

I have four years of experience in product design, having designed and shipped four complete products in my lifetime. I am skilled in usability engineering, communication, and team collaboration. I also have a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from BRAC University, which gives me a solid foundation in technical and analytical thinking.
